Decor lands in a project even later than lighting — usually after handover, often as a styling visit coordinated across florists, prop houses, and last-minute purchases. We flip that: decor is proposed in the same spec book as the seating, lighting, and dining, from the same design team, with matching finish logic and one consolidated lead time.
