A signature Auberge resort and golf community on the Puerto Rican coast. SOMOS was retained to furnish the fully-immersive sales gallery and model home — indoor and outdoor — so the developer's team could sell private residences from a finished, lived-in environment.

Auberge's Moncayo blends a championship international golf course with a private oceanfront residence community. SOMOS was mandated to deliver the indoor and outdoor furniture for the project's sales office and model home — the physical environments where prospective buyers experience the lifestyle before residences are built. Every piece in the photographs below was specified, sourced, and installed by SOMOS.

The model home's living and dining program was furnished as a fully-resolved environment: a deep linen sectional with custom scatter cushions, the sculpted oak slab coffee table, the mustard bouclé swivel chair, the travertine side table, the layered Berber rug, and the styling accessories — vases, books, glassware, art. Specified to feel residential at the scale of a private home, not staged-empty like a typical sales pavilion.
Every material was selected for the Caribbean climate — performance fabrics on every cushion, kiln-dried hardwoods, sealed stone — so the model holds up to a year of high-traffic buyer walk-throughs without wearing.

An ocean-view terrace, furnished as a lifestyle.
The wraparound oceanfront terrace was outfitted with SOMOS's contract-grade outdoor program: heavy-section teak sofas, deep lounge chairs in cream Sunbrella with indigo block-print scatter cushions, a cut-stone gas fire pit table at the center, and a teak side table with the property's branded ice bucket. Built for sunset showings and the broker dinners that close residences.
All cushions ship with solution-dyed Sunbrella covers in the developer's selected colorway; the teak frames carry SVLK certification and a 10-year warranty against checking and grain separation in the salt-air climate.

An infinity edge, furnished for the closing visit.
The infinity-edge pool deck was treated as a hospitality program: teak daybeds in cream Sunbrella, the outdoor dining set with rope-back chairs, the woven lounge group with linen scatter cushions, planted palms in custom stone vessels, and the ambient lantern lighting that turns on at golden hour. Delivered as a single package, installed in three days.
