A downtown hospitality program designed for the operator, the guest, and the design intent at once. SOMOS delivered the full FF&E across guest rooms, the lobby, and the destination restaurant — one specification, one schedule, one accountability line from the first sample to the final punch list.
A double-height lobby built for arrivals.
SOMOS curated and delivered the entire lobby program: a contract-grade modular sectional, leather and bouclé lounge chairs, the custom pendant cluster, sculpted side tables, the recessed reception millwork, and the bespoke area rug developed to anchor the seating zone. Specified to operator-grade fire codes and load standards, finished to feel like a private residence at scale.
Lighting was designed in coordination with the building's electrical team — accent, cove, and pendant — to balance daylight from the curtain wall against the warm glow that defines the lobby after sunset.

Guest room FF&E, delivered by the floor.
Every guest room was furnished as a single coordinated package: upholstered leather headboard wall, custom platform bed with wrapped base, the leather end-of-bed bench, lounge chaise, club chairs, side tables, casegoods, lamps, and the full soft-goods program — drapery, sheers, scatter cushions, and bed linens.
Manufactured in batches matched to the hotel's floor handover schedule, delivered to room with white-glove install, debris removal, and punch-list resolution before the operator's pre-opening walk-through.

The destination dining program — leather banquettes, contract-grade dining chairs in two upholstery options, custom marble-top dining tables, the glass-globe pendant runs, the back-bar joinery, and the live olive tree at the host stand. Specified for hospitality wear and operator service flow, delivered with FF&E spares and the maintenance documentation to run for a decade.
